By accessing or using Claim Genesys ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Platform.
Claim Genesys provides a cloud-based CRM and management platform designed exclusively for public adjusters. The Platform includes modules for claim management, contact management, inspections, communications (SMS, VoIP, email), marketing, and related business tools.
To use the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
The Platform operates on a subscription model with custom pricing based on selected modules and team size. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as agreed upon at signup. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
You may use the Platform solely for your internal business operations as a licensed public adjuster or public adjusting firm. You agree not to:
You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Platform. Claim Genesys does not sell your data to third parties. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for platform improvements and analytics.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Support is provided via email and is typically responded to within one business day.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. Claim Genesys reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claim Genesys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
